Solutions Driven are delighted to announce the appointment of John O’Sullivan to their board of Directors, taking the role as Chairman, from 13th September. The position will see John play a key part in supporting the organisation’s growth strategy, ensuring it is well-aligned to its strengths and customer needs.
John brings a wealth of industry experience and has supported many growing recruitment organisations. He is currently Chairman of Elite Leaders, a peer-to-peer learning and personal development forum for recruitment companies and is Non-Executive Chairman of the Rethink Group. John was also previously the Chairman of Elements Talent Consultancy.
Solutions Driven recently launched Recruitment Process Intelligence (RPI), focusing on right first time hiring for their global STEM client base. The organisation uses this unique RPI approach to fill critical business hires and support clients’ talent acquisition projects. John will be instrumental in driving RPI forwards, his vast expertise assisting Solutions Driven in their process and data centred methodology.
