Solutions Driven was founded in 1998 by Walter G. Speirs. It all started with seven people working purely in embedded RPO services.
Today, we’re a company of over 70 people based in Scotland, with employees all over the world. Our team work on niche and critical roles and talent outsourced for local and global STEM companies.
With such a diverse group of people, from so many different countries, we like to think we bring a unique approach to how we work with clients and engage with candidates across the globe.
25 YEARS
and going strong
2023 is our 25th year in business – yet we’re just getting started. Last year, we launched SD Embedded, a unique service offering a flexible embedded RPO model, and talent solutions for every business type and size.
Over the years we’ve been fortunate to have earned repeat business from 89% of our clients, with 90% of our SD Embedded renewing their contracts.
