With manufacturing operations in New York, California, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, DDC are considered a market leader in their field, and are a global operation.

THE CHALLENGE

DDC were hiring for a confidential role that required
specific management experience and a unique skillset.

The position was also based in a remote location, and these multiple challenges had meant DDC were struggling to find any suitable candidates.

THE SOLUTION

DDC had previously worked with Solutions Driven on
business critical roles and knew that the team were
experts in filling roles where others had failed.

Solutions Driven began by thoroughly understanding the client’s needs and market, using their expertise to find suitable candidates, particularly passive ones, for a remote role. Their Candidate Fit Scorecard was used to create a longlist of candidates, which was then narrowed down to a shortlist within four weeks. Regular communication between the two teams allowed for adjustments based on the evolving process. The unique challenge was finding candidates with a connection to the remote area to ensure long-term commitment.
