In 1998, our current COO, Walter G Speirs founded Solutions Driven out of frustration with the recruitment services that were then on offer.

As a C-suite executive, Walter needed recruiters to operate how his businesses did: using data to make decisions, working to agreed timelines, and with clear end goals.

So he created a recruitment company that met his needs.

From a group of 7 people in an office in Glasgow, we’re now a team of over 70 spread across the world. 

Led by CEO Gavin Speirs, our team covers Search services for critical and executive roles, Embedded recruitment for longer-term projects, and bespoke hiring services, depending on our clients’ needs.

Our ethos is based around using data, intelligence, and proven processes to guarantee recruitment results.
