Magen eco-Energy is a global manufacturer of solar pool heating systems, pool sanitizing and industrial heat exchangers, based in Israel.

With over 40 years of experience, Magen eco-Energy has grown into a world leader, specializing in the R&D, production and marketing of solar pool heating systems, natural Salt generators for swimming pools, and industrial & agricultural heat exchangers. Operating in 6 continents, Magen have 5 subsidiary companies with multiple offices in Israel and the US.

Magen were looking to recruit a General Manager in the USA, working in solar powered heating solutions.

After an initial scoping call and search, it was clear the original talent pool for this role was small. Through thorough market research the search parameters were widened to include other industries and skillsets. Continual communication was vital in this hire due to the
complexity of the requirements and the size of the candidate pool. Five candidates were then taken to interview and one diverse candidate was hired.
