Despite having an outline of what they needed, the team couldn’t come together to agree what their perfect new Marketing VP would look like, a common problem among teams changing things up from employee to employee.
During a scoping call, collaborated with Rob and Firetrace to outline the hiring process and specific requirements using the Scorecarding process. The structured approach helped align the team’s requirements, and using the 6S Process, the team successfully identified a suitable candidate within the agreed timeframe. Firetrace was please with the outcome highlighting the team’s exceptional job in presenting a strong initial candidate pool.
