For the last three years, we have run a roundtable every quarter, alongside webinars. Those conversations have been useful to us and to the people who attend. Hiring Circles gives everyone a way to have them more often.
Hiring Circles is a community for the people who shape how organisations hire: CEOs, chief people officers, talent leaders and hiring managers. It is powered by Solutions Driven and built around live sessions, roundtables, webinars and practical workshops. We will look at what is changing in hiring and leadership, then share what is working.
It’s a place for conversation and debate, and for answers to the questions people in your industry are asking at the moment, such as who should really own a hiring decision, or which skills will matter more as AI gets better.
What happens inside it
Sessions run in four main formats.
Roundtables
Roundtables bring together 10–20 members to discuss a pre-set topic. The smaller group allows for great networking and problem solving as each member brings their own industry perspective and role expertise.
Webinars
Webinars go broader and usually bring in a guest. These will be more listening focused as the host and guest talk through the topic, but there will always be time for questions and input from members.
Workshops
Workshops are working sessions, and you leave with something you can apply to your own situation.
Drop-in briefings
Drop-in briefings let you join a call where one of our team will be ready to advise on any challenge you are facing.
There will be one live event a week. Between sessions, you can ask any question in the channel and get answers from other members who have dealt with the same thing.
Topics rotate deliberately: over a few months we discuss a variety of roles, sectors and the specific problems that come with each, so there should always be something on the calendar that speaks to what you are dealing with.
Who you will be hearing from
Several people from our team will take the sessions and come back regularly. So you get to know who is good on confidential executive searches and who spends their days in embedded hiring, and can direct a question to the right person. Our CEO, Gavin, will be a regular too, sharing his experience as both a recruiter and a business owner.

Everyone is welcome and membership is free. Our first three live events are webinars running through November and December, all on Thursdays at 4pm, and you can register for any of them that interest you.
Recordings, insights and tools from our sessions will be added to the Resources section as we go, building a bank of content you can view whenever suits you.
