Firetrace was looking for a new VP of Marketing. Their previous Marketing VP had been demand-gen focused and they were looking to take the role in a more strategic direction.

When Solutions Driven got involved, the previous employee had already left and the role was vacant, so filling the role was time sensitive.

Changing the direction for the marketing role meant the ideal candidate needed skills and experience that aligned with this.
